Services and scope
ESEO Strategy provides SEO, link-building, content, local visibility, technical SEO, and WordPress website design and development services. The scope of a service is the scope described on the relevant service or product page, in the order details, or in a separate written proposal. Additional work is agreed separately.
Orders and pricing
Prices, package quantities, variations, and availability are shown by WooCommerce at the time of ordering. The checkout total is the amount payable for the selected items. If a pricing or catalogue error is discovered, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm or cancel it.
Available payment methods are those presented at checkout by the active payment gateways. Payment processing is handled by the relevant provider and is subject to its own terms.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate order information, target URLs, anchor text, access details, content, and approvals needed for the service. You must have the right to use any website, content, trademark, or material you provide. Delays or changes caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the scope or timing of the work.
Third-party platforms and outcomes
Search engines, publishers, social platforms, payment providers, and other third parties control their own systems and policies. We describe the work included in a service, but we do not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, domain metrics, publication permanence, or any other outcome controlled by a third party. Package criteria describe the listed scope at the time of purchase.
Website design and development
Website projects are governed by a written proposal or statement of work covering the deliverables, assumptions, timeline, revision rounds, and payment schedule. Third-party plugins, hosting, domains, stock assets, and ongoing maintenance are included only where the proposal says so.
Delivery and communication
Delivery details for catalogue services are described on the relevant product page and in the order confirmation. Support can be contacted at support@eseostrategy.com, by WhatsApp, or by Telegram. Project timelines may depend on feedback, access, and third-party response times.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed against the status of the order and any specific terms shown at the time of purchase. Contact support before ordering if you need clarification about a service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The ESEO Strategy name, website design, original copy, and brand assets remain the property of ESEO Strategy or their respective owners. Client materials remain the client’s property. Rights to project deliverables transfer only as stated in the relevant proposal and after payment.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity, or attempt to interfere with the site’s security or normal operation.
Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ESEO Strategy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
